It is our policy to replace, at no cost to you, any
damaged materials as a result of shipping. |

Yes. Just follow the easy upload feature available with
each item. An additional fee may be charged.
Depending on the quality of artwork, additional work may
be required. You will be notified prior to the
engraving of your product as to the timeframe and

Do I have to use graphics on my item? |

No. If you prefer text without graphics, do not upload
your own or select one of ours. |

Do personalized gifts take a long time to process? |

No. Your order usually ships within 2 -3 business days
from the time your proof is approved. If for some
reason, we cannot ship your item(s) within that
timeframe, you will be notified. |
