Order Information

Placing your Order Online

It's easy to shop on-line with Precision Laser Engraving!

Simply locate the item(s) you would like to purchase, enter the quantity of the item, select any options and press the "Add to Cart" button. The item(s) you select will be added to your shopping cart.

Once you've completed your shopping, you may begin the checkout process. To begin the checkout process, click on the "View Cart / Checkout" link at the top right of each page.

A shopping cart review page will be displayed where you will be able to review the items in your cart and be able to change item quantities or remove items from your cart.  If you've forgotten something, you can press the "Keep Shopping" button and you will be taken back to the Precision Laser Engraving home page.  Items in your shopping cart will remain in your cart.

Once you are satisfied that you have completed your shopping, you can press the "Checkout" button to go to the next step. ONCE YOU PRESS THE "CHECKOUT" BUTTON, YOU CANNOT GO BACK TO ADD ITEMS TO YOUR CART!!

The next page requests that you enter the address where your order will be shipped.  If you require shipping to multiple addresses, each address will have to have its order placed separately. It is IMPERATIVE that you enter in the correct shipping address.  Not only do you want to make sure that your order goes to the right location, but the shipping address enables us to accurately calculate your shipping charges.

From the Shipping Address page, you are also given the opportunity to enter a Promotion Code and a gift message if applicable.  Once complete, press the "Continue Checkout" button.

The next step requests that you select a shipping option. The shipping charges are identified at this step as well as the approximated ship time for your order. This time does not include the time to process your order to get it ready to ship. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Once a shipping option is selected, press the "Continue Checkout" button to proceed to the next step which allows you to select your payment preference: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or by PayPal.

If you choose the Visa, MasterCard, American Express option, complete all fields with the billing address of your card.  The billing address MUST match the billing address your issuer has on file. Also, verify that you have correctly entered the card account number and expiration date accurately.

Once completed, press the "Submit Securely" button ONLY ONCE. Pressing the "Submit Securely" button more than once may result in your card being charged multiple times. Once your transaction is approved, you will be emailed a confirmation of your order along with an order number which will serve as your receipt.  Please print and keep for your records.

If you choose the PayPal option, you will be redirected to PayPal's site and asked to enter your PayPal ID and password. Once logged in you will allowed to select your funding and complete the transaction. Once completed, press the "Continue" button to receive your confirmation receipt.

Placing your Order by Phone

Of course, you can also place your order by phone by dialing (831) 635-9747 and speak with one of our friendly salespeople!

Product Returns

Precision Laser Engraving gives customers the opportunity to return products within 10 days from the shipping date in order to receive refunds for orders. If you are unsatisfied with any product for any reason, contact Precision Laser Engraving at info@lasergrl.com to coordinate the return of  non-personalized items and refund.  It is our policy to replace, at no cost to you, any damaged materials as a result of shipping.  Because of the personalized nature of the products, errors on our part are replaced immediately at no charge to you.  Errors on your part, however, are not returnable or refundable so please check your order or proof carefully. Precision Laser Engraving will replace the item at 25% off the regular price.  In the email, please state your name, order number, products you would like to return, and the reason(s) for the return.

At Precision Laser Engraving, we recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers.  This Privacy Policy describes why we gather customer information, what information we collect, how we collect it, and what we use the information for.  This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms of Use which governs your use of LASERGRL.COM.
